Prakazrel Michel known as rapper ‘Pras’, an US entertainer and businessman conspired with Jho Low, a Malaysia businessman, to gain access to and potential influence with president candidate, candidate’s campaign and the candidate’s administration by funnelling tens of millions dollars into the 2012 US presidential election.

From about June 2012 to November 2012, JHO LOW transferred of approximately $21,000,000.00 from overseas shell companies to MICHEL’s US accounts. MICHEL then sent money to friends, families, associates, etc as ‘straw donors’ and use their names to funnel the candidate’s election. Thus, MICHEL secretly funnelled illegal foreign money from Jho Low to political committee. MICHEL also knowingly and willfully canceled the true source of contribution to political committees and Federal Election Commission. All in violation of United States Code.
