Dear Concerned Citizens,

THIS IS A CALL TO ACTION for freedom-loving Americans to stand up against the weaponization and infiltration of the U.S. administrative and judicial systems by the Chinese Communist Party (“CCP”). 

We are freedom-loving Chinese and supporters of the New Federal State of China (“NFSC”), a worldwide whistleblowers movement followed by more than 500 million Chinese people. We have experienced and witnessed firsthand the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist Party.

Our mission is to take down the evil CCP. The NFSC stands against violence and corruption and is committed to pursuing this mission using only peaceful and non-violent means.

We are protesting against targeted racial and political persecution of Chinese investors by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and JND Legal Administration (“JND”).

In early 2020, we invested in GTV Media Group (“GTV”), a social media platform launched to provide the Chinese people a forum for freedom of speech.

For example: In the early stages of the GTV Media platform, many Chinese people shared the truth of the Covid-19 outbreak in Wuhan, including the cover up by the CCP which resulted in an unprecedented worldwide pandemic. We exposed the unforgivable crimes of the CCP such as: the Uyghur genocide, the repression of Hong Kong people, the persecution of Miles Guo and other Chinese dissidents, and the CCP’s mass infiltration of the U.S. including the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and the SEC.

Within its worldwide nucleus of influence, the CCP does not tolerate criticism of any kind. The CCP uses its state apparatus and unlimited financial power to infiltrate every corner of the United States, including but not limited to: government, judiciary, education, business, technology, entertainment, and mainstream media to silence criticism of its human rights abuses, corruption and aggression.

Accordingly, On September 13, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) announced a settlement on the GTV matter, which included the disgorgement of the investment funds, the civil penalties and interest. The SEC ordered the creation of a Fair Fund operated by JND, to distribute these funds, amounting to over $500 million, back to the investors.

The GTV case closed at the Southern District of New York Court.

In that the settlement was announced over one year ago, and the SEC already had most of the money at that point, the reimbursement process has taken far too long. This has also caused great distress and inconvenience to the investors, who believed in GTV, and now fear an indefinite delay of the return of the investment.

The investigation launched by the SEC was based on only a few false accusations from several CCP agents and investors under duress by threats from the CCP. The investment by these individuals is a small fraction of the total GTV investment in question. We disagree with these false accusations against GTV. 

The final settlement with the SEC did not prove fraud by GTV. 

The Fair Fund, which the SEC designated JND to administer, is deliberately delaying the refund process.

Hence, we, the majority GTV investors plead the Senate and the House of Representatives to investigate the following:

1. The facts and circumstances about the origin of the information and allegations against GTV that lead to the SEC opening the investigation of GTV.

2. Any collusion of the CCP or its agents with the SEC, DOJ or any other arm of government that is connected to the GTV matter.

3. Any racial discrimination against Chinese Americans in the SEC’s investigation and the administration of the Fair Fund.

We seek compensation for losses we have suffered at the hands of the SEC.  At one point before the SEC’s actions caused GTV to shut down, the company was valued at over $60 Billion.

We seek compensation for GTV investors in China who have been persecuted by the CCP because of their support for this anti-CCP platform, many of whom were identified to the CCP by the actions of the SEC.

Our protest is not aimed at any individuals connected with the New York Court, SEC, JND or the DOJ. We believe in the rule of law and the freedom of speech in the United States.
