郭文贵先生，作为中国共产党在海外的第一号敌人在2017年被太平洋联盟亚洲机会基金（“PAX”）因为个人担保违约起诉。 太平洋联盟亚洲机会基金是太平洋联盟集团（“PAG”）的子公司，PAG由中国共产党的高级间谍单伟建领导。2022年2月， 美国法院判决郭文贵先生2亿美金的罚单。而后，郭文贵先生申请破产，但被PAX 拒绝。郭文贵申请撤离破产申请，亦被拒绝。法院决定安排财产信托人。2022年7月7日，美国司法部把信托人从与郭先生和PAX 都无利益关系的律师Joe D.Whitley 换成了来自与中国共产党有巨大利益往来的普衡律师事务所的Luc. A. Despins.

Miles Guo, as the Chinese communist party’s No. 1 overseas enemy was prosecuted for breach of contract as personal guarantee by Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Funds L.P. (the “PAX”) in 2017. PAX was a subsidiary company of Pacific Alliance Group (the “PAG”) headed by Shan Weijian, the senior spy of the Chinese communist party. In February, 2022, US court sentenced Miles Guo to a fine of $200 million dollars. Later on, Miles Guo fined bankruptcy, but PAG disagreed. Miles applied to withdraw bankruptcy application, but was denied either. Court issued order to assign a United States Trustee. On July 7, 2022, the trustee was changed by US Department of Justice from attorney Joe D. Whitley who has no interest with neither Miles Gun nor PAG to Luc A. Despins from Paul Hastings LLP which has tremendous interests with the Chinese communist party.
